We help families in Illinois with their loved ones home so they can quickly move into senior living communities

Common Questions:

So..what do you guys do?

We help families in Illinois transition their loved one into a senior living community.  We do this by helping the adult children by buying their parents house in it's current condition without the family having to spend all the time, money and effort on the clean out and updating that typically goes into a home sale in the current market.  We can also help you navigate the moving process into a senior community by finding placement agents, attorneys and estate sale companies.

So, you guys are Real Estate Agents?
We do work with realtors when the situation is right but we would like you to think of us differently.  Realtors don't buy the house.  They usually tell the family to get the house ready to be put on the market.  We are already very ready to buy the house.  And we have found that in these situations the family helping Mom or Dad is already overwhelmed with their new care needs and the last thing they want to do is clean out and spend a lot of time and money rehabbing their parents house with their siblings.  Does this make sense?

What if my Mom and Dad aren't quite ready to move but I'm worried about their current living conditions?
We can help with this too.  Click on our services to see what we can do.  If we can't fix the current situation we will find someone that can.  We do have contractors that fix immediate problems or help make the home safer to live in.

What we do not do?
We do not provide in home health care, rehabilitation or any medical care.

Why should we trust you?
Great question.  There are many bad people out there taking advantage of senior citizens.  Please click the ABOUT ME so you can get a better of under standing of who I am!
